Unique 21-day returns policy

Your purchase is protected by a unique 21-day return policy

Exchange for another lamp

Our policy will protect you for a period of 21 days in case your customer cancels on you. If you swap out for another lamp you will not incur a 15% stocking fee. You will, however, need to pay the carriage charge for the replacement item. The item must be unopened and in A1 condition otherwise we reserve the right to charge you up to 50% of the cost of the item or return it to you. The item must be shipped back to Midwich in outer packaging to protect the product.

Have you made an error?

We know that mistakes happen. If you realise that you have ordered the wrong lamp then please call your account manager immediately. We will do everything we can to replace an incorrect lamp and rectify any mistakes that may have been made. We will credit the cost of the original lamp (less carriage charges and re-stocking fee) but we reserve the right to return any lamps that are not received back in A1 condition.

Please note that you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from your account manager before you ship any product back to us.

Refunds for purchases will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Should you have a credit account you will automatically receive a credit unless you choose to opt for our exchange scheme.
